He’s a proven guru of customer relationship management, having served as the Regional Database Marketing Manager at Harrah’s Entertainment for their Atlantic City properties. During Warren’s reign there, he relentlessly honed the gaming giant’s revenue generation tactics, from leading CRM strategy and execution to managing loyalty marketing customer service teams. Prior to joining Harrah’s, Warren spent five years working for JPMorgan as a Marketing Associate in the Investment Management and Private Banking divisions. He holds an MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management with a concentration in marketing and a B.S.E. in Industrial & Operations Engineering from the University of Michigan. Go Blue!

Prior to joining S&S, Jennifer was the CRM Manager at Harrah’s Entertainment for the Atlantic City region. She boasts a successful track record in managing all facets of customer relationship management operations. Jennifer has led teams responsible for executing the delivery of customer messaging across multiple platforms, including email and direct mail. But here’s the real jackpot—she is the hands-down expert in the development and implementation of operational processes that most effectively and efficiently create, proof and deliver the desired messaging to the end customer. Jennifer holds a B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in marketing from the University of North Carolina Kenan-Flagler Business School.
